In addition, it engages in online retail of musical instruments and pro audio equipment through bajaao.com; import and sale of mobile devices, handsets, and accessories under the JMD brand; and provision of audio/video file conversion, learning, and e-commerce mobile value-added services, as well as engages in video/film, on-location video, studio video, and post production; sound, live, on-location, and studio recording; sound mixing and effects; auditorium and acoustic design; and acoustic panel-based studio design and development activities. Further, the company provides internet and e-commerce solutions; and funding and investment services to entrepreneurs and businesses, as well as operates a music school and an e-learning platform. Additionally, it engages in provision of media courses; music and commercial TV content production; and content development for applications. The company was formerly known as JMD Telefilms Industries Limited and changed its name to JMD Ventures Limited. JMD Ventures Limited was incorporated in 1984 and is based in Mumbai, India.
