The company also offers value-added services, such as SMS alerts, and a daily/weekly newsletter giving information on daily/weekly market commentary and trading strategies. In addition, it provides investment banking services related to IPOs, private placement, and bond offerings, as well as acts as a broker for mergers and acquisitions. Further, it offers investment planning services, which comprise public issues management, capital restructuring, private equity, debt syndication, advisory, corporate, loan against equity shares, and valuations. Additionally, the company provides financial advisory services and capital market solutions to initial public offerings (IPOs), follow-on public offerings (FPOs), acquisitions and takeovers, rights issues, and other financial advisory solutions for clients. Mefcom Capital Markets Limited was incorporated in 1985 and is headquartered in New Delhi, India.
