It offers secured corporate lending in the form of secured term loans for capital expenditure, working capital, and brownfield/greenfield expansions; loans at project level for the construction of commercial and residential properties primarily in the form of last mile financing for near completion properties; and loans against gold and listed shares. The company also provides special situations funding for various purposes, such as acquisitions, buyouts, bridge financing, and creeping takeover; debt financing solutions for corporate borrowers; secured promoter funding; purchase of secured consumer loan pools; and co-lending services. Nikki Global Finance Limited was incorporated in 1986 and is based in New Delhi, India.
